At Thrive America, we believe in second chances because we’ve lived through what it means to need one. Our team isn’t made up of outsiders looking in—we’re people who’ve overcome addiction, incarceration, poverty, and loss. And now, we’re using those experiences to build bridges for others to walk across.
Every year in Idaho and Washington, thousands of people reenter society from prison, leave addiction treatment, or step out of generational poverty—only to face closed doors. We started Thrive America to change that. We work alongside underserved communities, especially Native populations and justice-involved individuals, providing hands-on job training, career placement, and homeownership assistance that turns hope into action.

At Thrive America, our mission is to empower youth, veterans, and underserved individuals through hands-on job training, career placement, and avenues to affordable homeownership. We collaborate with contractors, nonprofits, and community partners to build a skilled and resilient workforce while opening doors to lasting economic independence. Our commitment extends beyond employment—we help individuals and families achieve stability, dignity, and the opportunity to own a home and build a better future.
A future where no one is defined by their past. We envision an Idaho where justice-impacted individuals, Native communities, and underserved families have the resources to thrive—at work, at home, and in their communities.
