We equip justice-involved individuals, Native communities, and those in recovery with the tools to build a future—through job training, career support, and pathways to homeownership.
Our Mission
Formerly incarcerated individuals in Idaho are over 150% more likely to be jobless compared to the general population.
Low-income and underserved communities lack access to job pathways and affordable housing—impacting over 450,000 Idahoans.
Through Thrive America’s community-led approach, more than 1,488 people have taken steps toward employment, stability, and homeownership.
We believe in putting practical tools into the hands of people who need them most. Our work focuses on:
Get real skills for in-demand jobs.
Secure employment and start building a career.
Access down payment assistance and financial literacy education.
Connect with people who believe in your future.

You Deserve More Than a Second Chance—You Deserve to Thrive.
We serve:
Formerly incarcerated individuals
Native and Indigenous community members
People in recovery from addiction
Young adults seeking a stable path
Families struggling to achieve homeownership
